It's becoming a common theme in anime fantasy isekai for humans to be the villain of each story, this is getting old in my personal opinion. While the humans weren't without their many selfish fualts Leo just assumed his former human party were unless because they couldn't use more than one skill.
The human villages were under attack, so I assume the urgency of the situation wasn't the best learning environment for either for Leo and the human party.
I think the message was always "don't judge a book by its cover," which worked well during the first integration of making the humans the villains, but in this one it is simply that Leo needs to observe things from his previous enemy's viewpoint.

Must protect lily
Lili is adorable... though I have a feeling that wedding was not fake.
How sure are we that she is a succubus - Leo
oh is she is a puppy not a kitty?😢
oh well still cute😜👍
that laugh😅, i bet the wedding was real😹
Sounded like stoOormMm spirit
Leo went about multiple ways to show the importance of teamwork to Lili. It was amusing to watch Lili beat all of the trials by herself, even when told to ask for help she simply asks for advice. In the end Lili does learn a valuable lesson about working together, and Leo learns not to assume things about his fellow demon Lord workmates
